How much does freight cost?

In Australia - it's a flat rate of $9.95!  Outside of Australia we will get a freight quote for you through Australia Post.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

We aim to get all orders dispatched within two business days.  However if your order is urgent, please be sure to let us know in the comments section at the end of your order.

I’d like to buy your products, where do I find them?

There are three ways to purchase from the Koh ranges - by finding a closest stockist, by visiting our store at 59 Main St Mornington in Victoria Australia, or by purchasing online.  If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us on 1800 811 598 or by email to info@kohliving.com.au

I’m a retailer – How do I get access to the website to view your products and prices?

Begin by registering with us so that the Customer Service team and one of our friendly team will be in contact with you asap.

Can I place a reorder?

Yes! You can place a reorder for the same stock by going to ‘My Account’ and viewing the recent orders. You will notice a reorder button next to the previous order that will create a duplicate order.

How do I track my current or previous online orders statuses?
You can track your order history on ‘My Account’ if you are registered. As standard there are three order statuses:

  1. Parked: Hasn’t been completed
  2. Pending: Your order is being processed by our fulfilment centre.
  3. Completed: Your entire order has been dispatched

The System seems a bit slow?

The first time you use the online ordering system, the product pictures will download to your cache, meaning it should be faster for subsequent orders.  You can also duplicate previous orders easily in the My Account section.

  • We have minimum quantities per product. Some products require specific increments due to box quantities.
  • For members of the public, our minimum order is $9.95 plus GST
  • For wholesale customers, our minimum order is $250 plus GST
